Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not ship internationally yet. A small number of remote PIN codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners; if yours is one of them, we will contact you and refund your order in full.

2. Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch. Metro cities are usually at the faster end; smaller towns and the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and the Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep islands may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We may offer free shipping above a minimum order value; any such offer is shown on the site and at checkout.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. You can also find the status of your order in your account if you have one.

6. Delays and failed deliveries

• Delays can happen because of weather, strikes, festivals or other events outside our control. We will help you follow up with the courier.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may charge for re-shipping.

7. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong book, see our Cancellation and refund policy. Please report it within 7 days of delivery.

8. Bulk and trade orders

For orders of ten or more copies, delivery times and charges are agreed separately. Contact trade@kshiradprakashan.com.
