M. K. Verma

M. K. Verma writes long, patient novels about families, places and the passage of time. His books move between generations and landscapes, from the mountains of the north to the cities of the plains.

Before writing full time, Verma spent many years in public service, travelling widely across India. Those journeys, and the people he met along the way, appear again and again in his fiction.
