Aria Vanguard

Aria Vanguard writes literary fiction about the things people leave unsaid. Before turning to fiction she worked as a translator and editor, an experience that shaped her close attention to rhythm and restraint on the page.

Her debut, Echoes of Silence, grew out of a series of short pieces written over several years and later woven into a single book. She is interested in how small, ordinary moments can carry the weight of a whole life.
